At any circumstances, content distributed by Pinion Partners team can be removed without prior notification. Distribution partners receiving Pinion Partners’s content reserves the right to remove any or all content sourced from Pinion Partners at their discretion.

No promotional press releases will be accepted as our service should not be used for your advertisements. Company’s website URL that contains pop up and popunders ads will also not be accepted. Such press releases will be removed from our database without any notifications. Members are not allowed to misuse our service in order to promote their services violating press release submission conditions. Violation will result in permanent removal of account and their releases.

This website contains material which is owned by Pinion Partners. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions. Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

All submissions published on Pinion Partners.com can be copied, utilized and printed PROVIDED there is a reference made i.e. providing a link to the article and citing Pinion Partners.com as the source.

  1. Nature of Product is a “Non-refundable Stored-value Prepaid Credit Item”

Your purchase is always defined as *prepaid credit* which allows you to submit a press release for our consideration to distribute. As you purchase, your account will immediately be credited with credit. As you submit a press release, the credit is deducted from your account. In the event that approval for distribution failed for your release, you will be returned a credit in your account for future use. You may edit/change the content of your release to resubmit again, thereby consuming the returned credit. *Credit purchased are not exchangeable in cash or refunded*. Some credits do not expire, while “Agency Credits” expires on every billing cycle.

  1. Refund Policy

When using Pinion Partners distribution service you agree that all payment obligations are non-cancelable and all payments made are non-refundable, until we could not offer you what we are promising. Pinion Partners has a strict no-refund policy, we may facilitate someone by giving him or her free credit or compensate him or her for future reference.

  1. Content Quality Guidelines

You are advised to observe content quality guidelines when submitting a press release. Pinion Partners reserves the right to approve/reject any submission.

  1. Press Release Take Down

Pinion Partners reserves the right to keep published or take down any release at any reason. If you wish to have a release taken down and you are not the owner of the release, please use this contact +17868020601. Your request will be charged $10 handling fee.

Upon the cancellation of your Pinion Partners account subscription, your existing cashback credits will expire and we reserve the right to remove all prior published content listed on our website after 3 months of the cancellation date.

  1. Press Release Approval

Pinion Partners do not guarantee instant approval of a submitted press release, it may take up to 24 hours for a submitted press release to be processed.

  1. Authorization To Share Your Contact Details

By using Pinion Partners, you declare that the information and content published is truthful and factual. You also declare that your details and issuer’s details are both truthful and authentic. By using Pinion Partners, you agree and thereby provide authorization for Pinion Partners to share your details and issuer’s details should the press release is inquired.

  1. Right To Unpublish Press Releases

Pinion Partners and downstream media partners/endpoints reserve the right to publish or unpublish, keep or remove, edit, process, enable or disable content or releases, in part or in full, without prior notification. By Using Pinion Partners, you agree that the above does not constitute a reason for refund or non-performance. We clearly understand Pinion Partners and downstream endpoints reserve full control over their sites, content and resources, and is not liable, mandated or responsible to publish or keep-alive any of the content or releases received.

  1. Right To Use Press Releases

By using Pinion Partners, you grant Pinion Partners and its related companies, affiliates, contractors, suppliers, customers, and partners a WORLDWIDE, IRREVOCABLE, non-exclusive, and unlimited right to use as-is, make edit, distribute, monetize, sell, publish, store, and archive your press releases.
